Ben Owliaie
Acquiring and Growing a Profitable Small Business
I’m Ben Owliaie, a small-business owner and business educator based in the Cincinnati area. I currently own and operate a cut-flower farm with my family, where I handle planning, production, customer relationships, and seasonal sales. I also teach business and entrepreneurship at the high school level, where I’ve helped students understand real-world operations, finance, and management.
A few years ago, I purchased and ran a small entertainment business before eventually selling its assets. That experience gave me firsthand insight into evaluating a business, taking over operations, and working directly with customers.
Today, I’m looking to acquire a stable small business that I can own and operate for the long term. I’m a hands-on operator, not a passive investor, and I’m committed to supporting the existing team and maintaining the culture that has made the business successful.
If you’re a business owner considering a transition or a broker with a potential fit, I’d welcome a straightforward, confidential conversation.
